About the Founder, Daniel Moore:

With experience in property maintenance, and construction management, as well as multifamily ownership, Daniel brings an owner's perspective to every renovation project. He understands that a successful renovation is about more than completing the scope—it’s about protecting the asset, minimizing resident disruption, and ultimately improving the asset's performance. 

His extensive experience in multifamily renovations allows Legacy Construction to anticipate issues, communicate proactively, and take ownership of the details that can otherwise create stress for property and asset management teams.
