Dolores Bunjer with the Lord

Dolores Ellen Bunjer, 92, of Ankeny, formerly of Ottumwa, died at 8:50 a.m. September 13, 2025 at Sunny View Care Center. Dolores married Virgil G. Bunjer June 22, 1954 and he preceded her in death September 2, 2022. Dolores had been a member of North Court Baptist Church. She served alongside her husband in church planting and camp work in Germany for 40 years. She enjoyed cooking and sewing and loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.
