Canticum Novum Spring Concert

Even So, Come is a spring concert that will be presented by the Canticum Novum Chorale & Orchestra at Altoona Regular Baptist Church on May 4, 2024 at 6:30 pm. The concert is free and open to the public. An opportunity for free-will donations will be extended.

Guest artists for the evening are a group of young singers from Southwest Iowa Prairie School in Creston, Iowa and Faith Baptist Church in Cambridge, Iowa. These young musicians recently competed in the MAACS Bible & Fine Arts Competition (Youth Choir Class A) and placed 1st with a #1 rating.

The theme of the concert is the return of Christ and the joys of heaven. Carefully selected music will carry us from the hope of Jesus' promised return for His redeemed people to the wonder of our eternal, heavenly home with Him.

Join us for an evening that will declare the good news of God's salvation and will fill your heart with a longing for the return of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
