The Timothy Retreat is designed for high school men (grades 9-12) who are considering fulltime ministry. Pastors and Youth Leaders are encouraged to attend with the young men from their church. Pastor Duke Crawford will be giving Biblical training on the pastorate. There will be lectures, but also hands on Bible studies to allow young men to discover what pastoral ministry is all about alongside their pastor or youth leader!
What to bring: Bible, notebook, pen, bedding, towel,
toiletries, etc.
Cost: $40 for Teens; Free for Pastors & Youth Leaders
Date & Times: Begins Friday at 7:30 pm (late night snack served) Ends Saturday at 4:00 pm

The men of Walnut Ridge Baptist Church of Waterloo are excited to be the host church for our Annual
Men’s Retreat on August 24-25 at Iowa Regular Baptist Camp in Ventura, Iowa. This year’s theme
will be “Perils of a Divided Heart,” which will focus on lessons we can learn from the kings of Israel.
Our senior pastor, Dr. Rich Van Heukelum, will be the speaker for the retreat. Pastor Rich is an “in-demand” Bible teacher and speaker with his own weekly radio program on stations world-wide as well
as a sought-after guest speaker and teacher in churches and eminaries across the United States.
