1.  Strategic Planning Meeting you should attend.
Over a dozen pro-life groups in Iowa, including The FAMiLY LEADER, are working together on a 2-day strategic planning workshop to be held in Des Moines on Monday, May 21 - Tuesday, May 22.  We are HIGHLY encouraging pastors to be a part of this meeting, as we need dozens of local churches to be a part of this collaboration!  This is a first-rate event that is free to attend.  Download the attached flier for more details or contact Dave Barnett at .

2.  Marriage wins in NC!!
On Tuesday, 61 percent of voters approved a constitutional amendment defining marriage solely as a union between a man and a woman, making North Carolina the 31st state to protect traditional marriage. 3.  Obama supports homosexual "marriage"

President Obama just announced he supports homosexual "marriage" - oddly enough, right after real marriage won big-time in North Carolina.  If you are serious about doing the will of the people (and trying to win an upcoming election), why would you support a team that is 0-31?  
Answer: MONEY.  A large portion of Obama's campaign war chest has come from homosexual activists.  He's beholden to his funders.
